My Mental Health is a simple app that allows you to track and record several metrics related to good mental and physical health. Each day you can log how you are feeling, how many hours you slept and how much exercise you did for that day. With the graphs you can see if you are trending up or down in you mood, exercise and sleep patterns.
Also, in the medical info tab, you can log both current and past medications you are on and keep track of you current and former medical providers.
